DCN member Sam, who runs the local East Midlands group, will be cycling the infamous "Coast to Coast" trail with his friend Adam to raise money for our 25th anniversary fundraising appeal.
Starting at Workington on the West coast, they will bike across the Lake District before tackling the mighty Pennines and staggering to the finish line at Tynemouth, 140 miles later.
