Yes. It’s easier for us to manage things using a card payment but if you prefer an alternative just email us and we’ll send details of how to sign up and pay using cheque or bank transfer.

There is no minimum term. For people who take out a monthly subscription, we encourage them to continue for a full year to get the full benefit but you can cancel before then if you prefer.

Yes, absolutely. If you add their name and email address on the sign up form they will automatically be added to our mailings as part of your membership.

Yes, absolutely. Privacy and confidentiality are paramount. Your information is held securely and only shared within the office. We never share member details outside of the organisation without your permission.

We pride ourselves on offering a personal and bespoke service as much as possible. In order for us to connect you with the best matching events and people, we ask for quite a bit of information about you. The more details you provide the better we can support you.

When you first join, one of the main services we offer that people really benefit from is a connection with someone from our Welcoming Team. We do this with your consent and only share a very basic summary of your situation along with your name and email address.

We offer members a low-income subscription and one of our members suggested we also offer people the opportunity to pay a little extra if they can afford it. This is what we call a “Super Supporter” – someone who pays for membership and also makes an additional regular payment to the charity. If you go to your membership dashboard you’ll see a way there to set up a regular annual or monthly payment as a super supporter.
